Please oppose the dismantling of the Department of Education.  Polling shows that parents, regardless of political affiliation, want to see our public schools nurtured and thrive. Our public education system serves nearly 50 million children for learning support, rural schools and communities with limited local tax base. These are crucial programs that our students need and deserve. We are counting on you to reject Trump’s dangerous plans for the Department of Education and our children by funding public education.
