I know I say I'm disgusted beyond words a lot in this administration, but this is really beyond the pale. 10 Democrats voted to censure a man who stood up for the integrity of our country because they were obsessed with decorum? It's utterly craven. More to the point, this speaks to the utter failure in party leadership that is obsessed with decorum while the Republicans are ripping apart our government. Elon Musk now has GOP congressmen on speed dial so they can beg him to save their pet appropriations project from his hackers. Congress doesn't have the power of the purse now. This is a coup and the party had better start treating it like one. Cooperation is collaboration. Your entire function is to represent the wishes of your voters. Right now they're sick of party inaction and gutless compliance with authoritarianism. I suggest you take some time to consider that.
