To: Rep. Morgan, Lt. Gov. Patrick, Sen. Huffman, Gov. Abbott

From: A constituent in Katy, TX

Laying down a blanket prohibition would damage my ability to serve all of my students, especially injuring those with learning differences, neurodivergen Further, forced abstinence from these emerging technologies would put Texan students at a disadvantage, blocking them from learning ubiquitous tools they will need to navigate once they leave the k-12 arena in Texas. Do not pass this harmful legislation.
