Sharing details of pending bombings and military operations over a public app like Signal, which can be easily hacked, needlessly jeopardizes operations and risks American lives. Officials who fail to follow basic security protocols for handling classified information are unfit for roles with access to our nation's most sensitive data and should be relieved of their duties immediately. National security demands utmost diligence and care from those entrusted with guarding state secrets, not the cavalier attitude displayed here.
