I called recently but I'm messaging today because I am asking why we're not seeing more FIGHT like Representative Larson did! This is the energy we need. The time for demure and polite energy to be put aside. The time right now is to fight for those of us who are on disability and need Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, housing assistance, SNAP! I need this kind of energy from every single Democrat! My literal life depends on these supports. And I'm not alone. As a constituent, I am urging you to challenge your fellow Democrats (and Independents) to force the issue! Ask them why they are giving all of their authority to an unelected immigrant (who bought his visa), and bought his way into Trump's inner circle. We already know that (based on what Elon's son said inside the oval office; that Trump needs to "go away" and that he needs to "shut up") so you know that he has no respect for anyone but himself. Elon is literally doing what he has always done, which is to rifle through other people's money and steal other people genius. You also know or should know that he is "broke" because all of his money is tied up in his stock market value and that is dropping by the day. He's losing contracts he's losing money and the fact that he still has hundreds of billions of dollars and he's stealing money should be absolutely appalling for you all but I'm not seeing it on the house floor. Please urge your caucus to DO something. Be LOUD! FIGHT for us! Make Elon prove he's only searching out actual waste. Do not let him give tax breaks to other people who also don't need the money, by stealing it from the rest of society! Y'all need to take him down. You need to shut down his access and ability to fire civil employees and shut down his ability to close entire departments without congressional oversight! I need to hear your voice, and the voices of all of the Democrats! Go get them!
