Dictatorship by Dunces

To: Lt. Gov. Patrick, Rep. Moran, Sen. Cruz, Gov. Abbott, Pres. Trump, Sen. Hughes, Sen. Cornyn, Rep. Dean

From: A verified voter in Kilgore, TX

March 26

The Trump administration isn’t leading—it’s gaslighting. The Signal text leak wasn’t just a security failure. It was a glimpse into how recklessly this administration functions. They shared real-time military plans in a group chat with a journalist, then laughed, blamed the reporter, called it a hoax, and expected the public to forget. National security, like everything else to them, is a joke. This isn’t a one-off—it’s a pattern. They created a Department of Government Efficiency, brag about “savings” they can’t prove, and claim fraud they can’t prosecute. They leak sensitive data and say “oops.” They’re cutting Social Security and Medicare while pretending they’re not—allege the only senior who calls about missing checks would be a fraudster. They say they support workers and veterans while gutting the very programs that protect them. They deport men, women, and children to a prison El Salvador without due process and when asked for proof they’re criminals, they hide behind “state secrets.” They smear competent, ethical public servants and excuse open incompetence from their loyalists. They accuse all women and minorities of being “DEI hires,” while appointing unqualified donors and friends to run major institutions. They’re erasing women and minorities from school curricula and medical research. They kick out journalists who won’t parrot the party line. They censor critics, trample free speech, and then cry victim. They withhold funding from schools and universities to silence dissent. They abruptly cut USAID programs, leaving millions around the world without life-saving aid—with no warning, no plan, just chaos. And through it all, they blame Biden, Obama, or “radical liberals” for every crisis they created—ignoring the fact that they’ve held power since January. This isn’t leadership. It’s authoritarian an authoritarian power grab dressed in incompetence and arrogance built on the hope that Americans are too tired or distracted to notice. To the Republicans who still believe in the Constitution, in decency, in truth—this is your moment. This is your party. Your majority. Your name. If you don’t speak out now, the next lie will be worse, the next target more vulnerable, the damage more permanent. We are losing our democracy while you cheer on an ego fueled president more interested in his fake golf scores and golden statues than truth or country.
