I need you to make sure you vote against the substitute House Budget. The school funding measures are inadequate. Restore the PLF! I do not want the library to depend on the whims of the legislature. The attempted restrictions on library collections are an archaic attack on the First Amendment. Furthermore, I do not want $600 million dollars to go to the Browns organization under any circumstances. They are not entitled to my tax dollars ever, but especially not over truly worthy public services like the library. Thank you for your time and consideration
