Hi, I'm a constituent from Puyallup. I’m reaching out to you because I’m furious about Trump’s tariffs. They are going to crash our economy–the stock market is already in a tailspin. They will also ruin untold numbers of Americans. And they’ll destroy our standing in the world. I’m also hearing they will cost average Americans 2K a year. That’s a new tax–all so rich people and corporations can have tax cuts. Congress has the power to repeal these tariffs by repealing Trump’s so-called Emergency declaration. I want them to do so now. Fix this before we fall into a recession. Just because Trump bankrupted every business he’s ever run doesn’t mean Congress should let him bankrupt us. Thanks.
