The No Rogue Rulings Act (H.R. 1526) is an authoritarian attempt to undermine the system of checks and balances by limiting the ability of federal district court judges to issue nationwide injunctions against unconstitutional actions taken by the executive branch. I urge you to vote against H.R. 1526 and reject any efforts to neuter the federal judiciary's role in preventing the violation of constitutional rights and protections. Our nation's founding principles of democracy, freedom, and equal justice under the law depend on maintaining a truly independent judicial system free from partisan interference and intimidation. Defend the rule of law by preserving the authority of federal courts to issue nationwide injunctions as a critical safeguard against authoritarian executive actions.
