The proposed state takeover of control of the St Louis City Police Force is a terrible and dangerous idea. It's an unacceptable attack on St Louis, and a terrifyingly unacceptable attack on democracy itself. Do not allow this to pass. St. Louis voted to take control of their own police force, much as Missouri voted to legalize abortion access. You must obey your oaths and defend the will of the people. I expect to see you vote down both of these bills.
