Hold public hearings on the war plans leak. Why were they using Signal to have these highly sensitive discussions? How was a journalist inadvertently added to the chat? What would've happened if they included someone else who was in their phone, such as a person from a foreign country? What other chats are they having or have they had which violate security or other protocols? What action will be taken against these individuals? How did no one check who was on this chat or notice that the journalist was added? There must be accountability for all who were involved.
