The Argus Leader headline says it all. This is not right. The proposed cuts and personnel layoffs to the VA cannot be justified. They will cripple the VA and endanger our veterans, especially those who need ongoing treatment. Do not cut the VA. DOGE has not authority to make these cuts. That is your responsibility in Congress. Please take that responsibility seriously and do not dismantle the VA.
