Social security is not an entitlement. We pay into it via taxes. It means that money belongs to the people. We earned the right to the Social security benefits. You want to talk about wasted money? Then, you should be looking at the money sent to Elon Musk. His contracts waste more money than they are worth. The bloated budget for Defense is wasteful. You should be ashamed for stealing the money from the American people. You are completely heartless and disloyal to your citizens by putting Social Security on the chopping block. Senior citizens rely on their monthly income through Social Security. The benefits are paltry as is. Living on $1400 monthly is not hurting the budget. It's a disgrace that they should have to worry each month if they will receive their money. The veterans of our country deserve everything they need. There's no reason to gut programs and resources for veterans. That's disgraceful and inhumane. The disabled such as myself barely get by with rent so high. We have to rely on soup kitchens and food banks for survival. How can you be so cruel? How can you be so heartless? You want to cut costs then look at your own paychecks and benefits. You live lavishly while we are barely living. You should be ashamed, yet you are shameless. You are so blind to the lives of your constituents. Our suffering means profits and prosperity for you. I beg you to say no to cutting Social Security.
