To my elected officials of the Legislative Branch of government. As your constituent, I am dismayed at your lack of governing action to uphold and protect your sworn oath to our Constitution. Your inaction in questioning, what even a simple layman can clearly see as the Executive Branch doing your job, grabbing your authority is unconscionable. Why? Why are you so willing to sit by and allow this behavior to happen? Do you not see it as it is? This is a direct dismantling of our rich, well-established government as set out in detail of separation of powers, checks and balances within our Constitution. You must stand up and push back on this. Do not push all this off into the Judiciary branch to stop and settle out, as it will not go well for you. We, the people will replace you asap when we feel threatened this way. You must act. Stop this nonsense, it’s enough I don’t want to hear about your blog show or some local business commerce clutch hosting you for a private talk. When did you last have a real town hall? Still afraid to have those, aren’t you. What I want to hear from you is the following: 1:) Are you okay turning your branch authority over to the executive? Yes or No 2.) Do you have a plan of action to stop this historic madness from continuing? Yes or No 3.) Do you believe in the US Constitution as three (3) separated entities of government ( checks and balances) Yes or No I need to hear your answers. Thank you.
