Oppose H.R. 1526, the No Rogue Rulings Act, and any other attempt to rewrite the federal court system. The way our Government should work is checks and balances. One branch can not have full control without any checks and balances. Without judicial oversight and congressional oversight we end up under authoritarian rule. America used to be a shining beacon of Democracy shining light to other areas of the globe on how Democratic governments should be. Removing these checks and balances will further us into the dark murky waters of Oligarchy and none of your constituents want that. We are losing our light to guide others and the more you allow these things to happen the worse we get. Impeaching judges and changing their constitutional authority just because Trump doesn’t like their rulings is grossly authoritarian and must be stopped. Thank you for your time and consideration.
