I am writing to demand that you do NOT support the SAVE act as written. This would impact 69 million women- 20% of all citizens, because 89% of us change our names when marrying. It is unconstitutional to remove our right to vote because we made a choice before this president was in office. A choice that has been legally recognized for a ridiculous amount of time. OR- rewrite the act to include extremely reduced fees for females to pursue their passport. This is also ridiculous with the new REAL ID requirements but would allow a simple solution. Do NOT support the SAVE act as written.
