These are crazy tariffs. And the so-called reasoning behind them is nonsense. The numbers are arbitrary. You know how we know? Because Heard and McDonald islands have no human inhabitants, but got a 10% tariff. There is a 10% tariff on the British Indian Ocean Territory, but the only thing there is a US military base..OURS! A meteorological station on the Arctic Sea island of Jan Mayan also got a 10% tariff. it’s a small Norwegian island with no permanent residents and no economy. So, the "logic" they used to arrive at these tariff numbers is absolute bunk. And not surprisingly, Russia received no tariffs. Trump and the Republicans are to blame for the upcoming destruction of our economy. The tariffs must be stopped. You must stand up to this. Country over party. Be a patriot. Talk with your fellow Republicans in Congress. There must be others who know this is a self-destructive path. If you don't stop him, you will be lumped in with Trump as the reason our great country was ruined.
