Sen. Schumer blatantly giving up any leverage the democrats had against Trump is appalling. It devastated me to see a democrat yield in submission to a tyrant like Donald Trump and his cronies in the Senate. Voting for that CR is a heinous betrayal to the American people, and he should either step down or be stripped of his role as Senate Minority Leader. He clearly cannot be trusted with that power and responsibility. I urge you to pressure him to step down and likewise pressure other democrats to shun him. It is clear that Schumer does not have the American people’s best interest at heart, and will happily capitulate to the Republicans in the future. He is untrustworthy, and must be held to account.
