Our country is burning! What are you doing to put out the fires? Watching it burn down makes you complicit to the demise of all that has made us a great country. Letting Trump make policy on revenge and his whim is not good governance. Letting a billionaire buy our country and then dismantle our democracy is criminal. Yet where are you? What will you tell your children and your grandchildren when there are no longer services to assist them or their friends. When people they know lose jobs, homes, get hauled away? When they can’t choose what to read? When someone they love dies from cancer or other diseases because research has been stopped and HHS & the CDC is no longer tracking illnesses and advising prevention? When they are no longer welcome to travel abroad? When our enemies come knocking on our doors & we have no allies? When the rule of law no longer matters? The policies of this administration will eventually affect you, too. Your money won’t be enough. Your power will be gone. Then what will you tell your children & grandchildren. What will you say you were doing? How will you justify your inaction? Do the right thing and stop the Trump/Musk wrecking ball. Time is running out!
