First, I am calling to express my horror at Trump’s March 14 Executive Order targeting the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Museums and libraries are some of our most precious public commodities. I urge the Senator to work to prevent the administration from moving forward with this. Second, I understand that the acting head of the Social Security Administration is threatening to shut down the whole agency because Elon Musk disagrees with yesterday’s court ruling. What the hell is happening? Get Musk and his goons out of Social Security! 73 million of us rely on those earned benefits.
