I’ve truly found the last couple months alarming to say the least. But nothing has alarmed me more than the attempt to defund the IMLS. Libraries and museums change and save lives daily. They are the cornerstone of our communities. I use the library constantly and it makes my life better. I am always thankful that my taxes fund libraries and museums. Protecting our libraries is of the utmost importance. I am begging and demanding you take action to protect the IMLS.
