Please REJECT the proposal to break two million solar contracts. Californians who installed solar before April 2023 did so under a 20-year agreement, and changing the rules now is unfair and unacceptable. Instead of punishing solar customers, the state should focus on reining in utility overspending, which is the real driver of high rates. Please protect rooftop solar that fights climate change and keep this proposal out of the budget!
