Tonight I watched your town hall from earlier this week. I appreciate your accessibility and answering questions. Many of the questions asked about “What are you going to do?” I would have liked for you to be honest that Democrats don’t have much power in Congress right now. Congressional Democrats can’t stop DOGE, can’t stop funding cuts or the firings through normal measures. I would have liked for you to say that Democrats need to stop being the party of “normal government” and become an opposition party. Congressional Democrats need to walk out, disrupt, be willing to be arrested. You need to be an example for your constituents. We need EVERYONE to get out and visibly protest as often as possible.
