The federal funding cuts and economic decisions related to tariffs your offices are supporting have negatively impacted my career, family, and community. Two weeks ago I lost my job at RTI International due to cuts in federal funding. The economic uncertainty has decreased the number of companies hiring. Living with paralysis makes it a challenge in good times to maintain a meaningful career. Without employer funded insurance, my ongoing medical costs are now a significant financial impact to my family. I was much better off prior to the changes this past six weeks and ask you stop these decisions that are poorly thought put. What are you doing to help me, my family, and employers in my community in this present state of desperation?
