I am against House Bill 4938. I support the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and the Parks and Wildlife Commission. Texas’ State Parks preserve our state’s history and natural beauty for all to enjoy. They represent the best of what it means to be a Texan and love this state. House Bill 4938 denigrates all that history and God-given beauty by abolishing the department that’s done a fantastic job of managing and preserving it. I expect you to support TPWD and our State Parks. Oppose House Bill 4938 and any other similar legislation!
