I am writing with great concern over HB 3661. This a far reaching overstep of legislative powers. This bill singularly seeks to take away the rights of educators to participate in free and fair elections in the state of Texas. I feel this is a direct response to the very vocal opposition to HB 3 that our legislature has received this and past sessions. It is a clear effort to silence the educated voters that serve to educate. Your support in opposing this blatant voter suppression is appreciated.
