I'm a psychotherapist who just turned 65 and noticed that I'm waking up every day afraid and angry for my possible future and those of my clients. I have a large student debt that I haven't been able to pay off because Social Workers just don't make that much. I just got on Medicare. I wonder if I'll have Social Security when I am ready to sign up. My Trans-identifying clients are hitting lows in their Mental Health indices that they have been free of for years (4 years, that is). I just have one question (today): Why is the entire world waiting for the next destructive move that our leaders decide to make, instead of doing something about this.
