Please vote against HB 8. Law enforcement believes this bill will result in increased homicides and homicides as a result of domestic abuse. No one is asking you to get rid of concealed carry, but it makes ZERO SENSE to assume everyone over the age of 17 has the maturity and mental clarity or responsibility to carry a gun and therefore we don’t need to have checks in place. Please, please do not vote in support of this horrible bill.
