Attn: All Congressional Staffers I’m writing to provide context on why most Americans support withholding weapons shipments to Israel, why students are speaking out for Palestine, and why you should stand with us. This is a matter of life and death for millions of Palestinians, many of whom have family members in our own communities. It is also a grave risk for students, faculty, and ordinary people from all walks of life who are standing up for justice. Continued U.S. military support for Israel harms not only Palestinians but also countless Americans and people worldwide. This issue is deeply relevant to justice here in the U.S. No one can be truly free when their government enables oppression—whether abroad or at home. I urge you not to look away.
