I demand that the state disclose its justification for this invasive practice and reveal how this sensitive information is being used and shared. Targeting a vulnerable minority group in this manner is unacceptable and a violation of their civil liberties. Transparency is essential to hold the government accountable and protect the freedoms enshrined in the Constitution. The public deserves a full explanation for this troubling action.
