I thought after writing about my horror on Signalgate, I'd get a little break from the buffoonery in DC. And the next news article that pops up in my feed is that Speaker Mike Johnson is discussing eliminating FEDERAL COURTS.
While I can respect that the whiney president in chief doesn't like not getting his way, the CONSTITUTION created the Judicial branch on the government to ensure that all three branches of the government had another branch to provide checks to prevent corruption.
If I remember that from my high school government and history classes, I would sure expect that my elected officials would have had a refresher course on it when they were sworn into their positions.
Stand against stupidity and don't continue this bullying of the judicial any additional air. Stand against tyranny and protect the constitution. And for my republican representatives, grow a pair and stand up to your Orange Boss.
Just because he's president doesn't mean he always gets his way.
