I'm writing to express my strong opposition to the proposed sale of public lands in the budget reconciliation package. Public lands belong to the American people, and selling them off cannot be an option in the budget process. I urge you in the strongest terms to publicly reject any attempt to sell off public lands and to protect New Mexico's outdoor heritage.
