I cannot believe that you wrote let alone passed a bill to allow anyone's genitals to be inspected if someone believes that person is not the gender they claim to be. Who will perform this inspection? Where will it be done? How are you going to handle the trauma a child will go through? Please have the common sense to veto this bill and focus on the actual needs of the state - better roads, better healthcare, and clean water are some of the items that come to mind.
