Fund 9/11 Responder and Survivor Health Program until 2090

The World Trade Center Health Program provides vital medical care and monitoring for 9/11 responders, survivors, and those exposed to toxic substances from the attacks. Due to a lack of funding, this program faces severe cuts by 2028 that would deny access to new enrollees and reduce services for current members. The bipartisan '9/11 Responder and Survivor Health Funding Correction Act of 2025' corrects the program's outdated funding formula to secure its future until 2090. It also increases data collection on 9/11-related conditions and expands mental health care access. This legislation ensures we uphold our commitment to those whose health was impacted by the heinous 9/11 attacks. Co-sponsoring this bill allows us to properly care for the responders and survivors who sacrificed so much on that tragic day.
