An Open Letter

To: Gov. Hochul, Assembly Member Hawley, Sen. Ortt

From: A verified voter in Albion, NY

April 1

"This is what New York Democrats are forcing on us—massive, power-sucking data centers shoved right up against the Iroquois Wildlife Refuge and Native land. It’s a slap in the face to rural communities and a blatant disregard for the environment. These concrete monstrosities devour clean water, burn through obscene amounts of electricity, and scar the land—while politicians who live in cities and gated suburbs pretend it’s ‘green progress.’ It’s not progress—it’s a corporate land grab dressed up in lies and cash payouts to desperate town boards. No public vote. No real transparency. Just backroom deals, broken promises, and a future we never agreed to. We didn’t elect them to sell out our land, our health, and our heritage."
