I am so glad to know that our previous Presidents like FDR, Carter, JFK and many other honest and ethical statesmen have since passed away, so they don’t have to witness the horror show that is the Trump administration trying to date rape Greenland. It is ugly, it is unethical and it’s unnecessary. The fine people of Greenland don’t want to be bought, and we shouldn’t be trying to buy or just take their territory. Diplomatic rows like this are the reason that our cousins in Europe just hate us, and so here we are it’s 2025 and we’re the ugly Americans again. Please do what you can to a) Stop Trump from taking or buying Greenland by force, and b) some Democrat needs to get on a plane to Greenland to assure those folks that nothing untoward is going to happen to their part of the world, and c) someone needs to open an investigation or impeach someone because we are two months in to what will surely be the longest four years of my life, and the country is surely going in the wrong direction. Just as Trump is not Andrew Jackson, neither is it 1867 and there are no more Alaskas to buy. Please, please, get on your feet in front of the capitol and tell the world that we are not all insane in this country.
