I urge Congress to take immediate action to hold Donald Trump accountable for his continued attacks on democracy and violations of the Constitution. His abuses of power demand swift consequences, including impeachment proceedings. Additionally, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), led by unelected private citizen Elon Musk, is making sweeping policy decisions without congressional oversight. DOGE’s secrecy, mass firings, and potential misuse of public data threaten government integrity. This overreach must be investigated and dismantled immediately. Congress must act now to protect democracy, uphold constitutional checks and balances, and ensure no individual is above the law. I look forward to your response and decisive action on these critical issues.
