Title 5, Section 2635.702 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations explicitly prohibits federal employees, including the President, from using their public office to endorse any product, service, or enterprise. Trump’s public endorsement of Tesla (especially from the White House driveway) is not just unethical but potentially illegal under federal regulations governing conflicts of interest and misuse of office. What are you doing in response?
