The widespread abductions that are loosely disguised as immigration control are more app described as human trafficking. The constitution guarantees everyone- not just citizens- the ability to defend themselves. We have always been a country that considers people to be innocent until proven and guilty, however, this trend of abducting people under the guise of immigration fails to provide people their right to due process. I am appalled, and I cannot believe that anyone who has any education in our system would support this practice. By ignoring a constitutional right, you are proving that you do not serve your position. When you get sworn in to your role, you place your hand on a religious book and swear to defend the constitution of United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. At this time you are failing to do so. It needs to stop.
