Reject discriminatory voter suppression legislation undermining democracy

To: Sen. Scott, Sen. Moody, Rep. Soto

From: A constituent in Davenport, FL

March 19

Documentary requirements disproportionately blocking married or divorced women who have different last names from their birth certificates would further compound this legislation's discriminatory burdens. Measures making it harder for eligible citizens to vote undermine core democratic principles and must be rejected.
