Please stand firmly against the No Rogue Rulings Act (aka NORRA), which is being pushed your fellow California congressman, and Trump loyalist, Darrell Issa. This legislation seeks to curb the power of federal judges from issuing injunctions against presidential actions. This is yet another attack on the checks and balances of American democracy. Such legislation brazenly attempts to clear a path toward Trump’s quest for authoritarian power. Please also bring awareness to such legislation via press interviews and on social media. As Trump “floods the zone,” you need to respond accordingly and surface such actions to your constituents before it is too late.
