Uphold Constitutional checks and balances, vote NO on Budget CR closure. Senators have a constitutional responsibility to act as a check on the executive branch by overseeing federal spending and policy. Approving this continuing resolution grants the White House under Donald Trump broad power to fund the government, bypassing Congress's authority. This enables Elon Musk and the Trump administration to continue actions like firing workers and violating laws with reduced restraint. Vote no on upcoming budget CR and uphold your oath to the Constitution.
