I’m writing today as a concerned and frustrated constituent. Reports have emerged that high-ranking officials in the Trump administration used an unauthorized messaging app to discuss upcoming military operations—and that they inadvertently included a person without security clearance who is not even part of the government. This is an outrageous breach of national security.
Let me be clear: the American people deserve answers—immediately.
This isn’t a partisan issue. It’s about the integrity of our institutions and the safety of our country. I’m tired of watching elected officials tiptoe around accountability while the other side plays hardball and rewrites the rules. It’s time for action—not statements, not tweets, not quiet disapproval. We need you to be loud, unapologetic, and relentless.
I am calling on you to demand a full-scale congressional investigation into how this happened, who was involved, and what laws may have been broken. I also expect you to push for swift and public consequences for any officials found to have endangered national security or violated protocol.
Enough is enough. Americans are watching and waiting for leaders who will not just speak truth to power, but challenge it. Be one of those leaders. We cannot afford more silence or passivity from the people we elect to defend our democracy.
Thank you for your time—and I hope, your action.
