The Institute of Museum and Library Services may be a small agency but it has always had a big impact on our country and is vital to keeping our communities libraries and museums open. The IMLS affects every State, City and Community through their support of our local institutions, schools and civic organizations. Museums and Libraries are our access to knowledge and history, they are temples of learning, a place where we hold gathering for various community organizations, places where people can get help, access to internet, they are safe spaces for people and they should be supported by our government. They are part of what makes America great and the envy of the rest of the world. Please reinstate the IMLS.
