National security and intelligence officials grossly mishandled information by including a journalist on a chat group. What consequences will they face for a breach of national security? Is this kind of behavior acceptable to you? I know you value national security and protecting our interests abroad. How can we trust our government to handle this professionally if those who violate basic security protocols don’t face consequences?
