The proposed budget by Ohio House Republicans that significantly cuts public school funding is deeply concerning and threatens the future of education in our state. Slashing over $400 million from what is needed to fully fund schools based on the Fair School Funding Plan will have devastating consequences for students, teachers, and communities. Public education is a fundamental right and a cornerstone of our society.
