HB2812... This is perhaps the STUPIDEST bill before the Legislature this session. Central Texas is suffering through one of its WORST droughts in history, and this bill basically, by law, opens the spigot for commercial interests with NO REGULATORY OVERSIGHT. What are you thinking? Under so circumstances should this travesty be allowed to continue, and the bill, clearly sponsored by SPECIAL INTERESTS counter to the interests of your constituents should be laughed out of consideration, immediately. SHAME ON YOU!
