Preserve 3-day voting grace period in Kansas elections

To: Gov. Kelly, Rep. Ellis, Sen. Titus

From: A verified voter in Valley Falls, KS

March 6

A 3-day grace period for voting must be maintained, not eliminated, in order to protect the rights of all Kansas residents and ensure their ability to participate in elections despite potential mail delays. Eliminating this safeguard would disenfranchise eligible voters and undermine our democratic process. Do not fall prey to any misinformation campaign regarding the 3-day grace period. Vote no on any bill that threatens to remove this safeguard for voting.
