I am outraged by the deportation of Venezuela immigrants to prisons in El Salvador. This was done by the Trump administration in direct defiance of a federal court order. There is no evidence that these men had any gang connections, and El Salvador has some of the most brutal prisons in the world. In America, we do not have a king - the president is not above the law. I urge you to speak out against this abuse, and I want to know what you will do to oppose it. American is being dragged down so low. Our global standing is all but gone. It’s shameful that this great nation, built by immigrants, can be r uined by power-hungry bigots.
