I want to express my sincere gratitude for your support of Senator Cory Booker's historic 25-hour speech. It was a powerful testament to upholding the oath to protect and defend the Constitution, and it resonated deeply with so many Americans.
The speech was factual, organized, and heartfelt. In a political landscape too often filled with spin and distractions, this was a reminder of what fighting for democracy looks like—grounded in truth, clarity, and conviction.
I was also particularly impressed by the discipline and unity it took to keep this entirely under wraps until the moment it happened—especially in contrast to incidents like SignalGate.
Most of all, this moment gave people heart. At a time when many feel disillusioned and worn down by attacks on our democracy, this event inspired countless Americans. It reminded us that the fight for justice, truth, and constitutional integrity is not just words—it’s action. And while not every action needs to be as dramatic as Senator Booker's, his leadership demonstrated that even in the minority, creative thinking can make a true difference.
A special thank you to those who assisted by asking questions throughout the speech: Chris Murphy, Andy Kim, Peter Welch, Dick Durbin, Tammy Duckworth, Kirsten Gillibrand, Tina Smith, Amy Klobuchar, Ron Wyden, Raphael Warnock, Chris Coons, Mark Warner, Elizabeth Warren, Ed Markey, Chris Van Hollen, Angela Alsobrooks, Maggie Hassan, Ben Ray Luján, Lisa Blunt Rochester, Adam Schiff, Tim Kaine, Catherine Cortez Masto, Mark Kelly, Patty Murray, Tammy Baldwin, Angus King, and Jeanne Shaheen. Your participation helped sustain the Senator and amplify the message.
Thank you again for your service to the American people. Moments like these give strength to all of us who believe in democracy and are committed to protecting it.
